From conception to launch, I created all content for Inner Circle, a website and newsletter to support Shangri-La's CRM programme, Golden Circle. Providing monthly food and travel content, Inner Circle helps Shangri-La build loyalty and encourage repeat visits by inspiring travel to its locations .
